Reviewed request for open positions Eye Screen and evaluate incoming applications for all non-exempt positions Work with hiring managers, HR and LOB to improve hiring process. Create spreadsheets and tool kits for hiring managers Conduct training on the hiring process to the different LOB supported. Process all incoming offers and making sure new hire completed necessary steps prior to hire date. Follow up with hiring managers or HR as necessary. Help support others on recruiting team as necessary i.e. interview blitzes, job fairs, taking on other projects as assigned.
