I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician providing 1:1 therapy for children with autism. My goal is to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and work with children on the spectrum and other populations to improve their quality of life through evidence-based interventions. With experience implementing behavior plans and collaborating with families, my foundation in behavioral principles and strategies is strong. I am highly motivated and dedicated to ongoing professional development, and I am excited to pursue my BCBA certification to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.
