Melanie continues to work with small and large clients thru her advisory firm - Mixtup Studio - where she advises clients and project teams on strategic value creation ESG, feasibility and highest and best use of real estate and space usage, new metrics for environmental, social and economic triple bottom line initiatives for operations and sourcing for food, retail, indoor farms, public art spaces, mixed use and commercial real estate. Melanie’s unique way of seeing new and effective opportunities for creating valued based solutions has gained her a reputation. Previously, Melanie founded the award winning firm Dynamikspace in where she created unique corporate amenities, food and retail experiences for small and large clients worldwide, and indoor farm spaces within adaptive reuse projects - many of which were for Fortune 500 companies, as well as, innovative start-ups, small businesses, and individuals. Melanie founded BEAM Experiences – a creative social education venture - integrating hands-on and virtual STEM curriculum. Melanie has spoken at numerous workplace, retail, food and industry conferences. She is a Professional Member of NCARB - nationally certified and licensed architect. Melanie received the Next Economy MBA thru Lift Economy to enhance her knowledge of B Corp. Melanie has many passions and hobbies. She works to enhance food systems, food equity, supports women\'s causes, and works as conduit and initiator for local non-profits, hospitality and business ventures. Melanie is a scuba diver, open water swimmer, sketch artist, and paraglider, as well as, ukulele player, and DIY tinkerer of all things STEM. Melanie can work on a fractional, part-time, or contract basis.
