Hi I\'m Melanie I help children to develop confident minds and strong literacy skills without shame, pressure, or one-size-fits-all approaches.Many children face challenges with reading, focus, and self-esteem. Despite their potential, they often start to feel they\'re not good enough.Parents do their best to help. They provide encouragement, rewards, and even seek professional support. Yet, self-doubt continues to creep in, subtly influencing how children perceive themselves.After 18 years in the classroom teaching kindergarten through second grade, I witnessed this cycle repeatedly. I worked with bright, curious children who began school brimming with excitement.But as time went on, some slowly pulled away.They hesitated to take risks, shied away from challenges, and slowly lost confidence in themselves.I noticed the biggest thing holding them back wasn\'t their schoolwork. It was their self belief.This made me change how I taught.
