My focus is helping clients to reclaim and redefine their lives. While this can include a huge range of life circumstances, I especially like working with clients through the process of Divorce Recovery, and discovering/choosing the \'adult identity\' that, these days, seems to be taking place in the late 20s-30s. Divorce recovery includes all the complexities of identity, grief, self-esteem, and trust issues, and the phase of life identity work relates to prolonged moratorium, ambivalence from the conflict of choosing to please others vs self, and the disillusionment and grief that life is not what they expected. Exploring one\'s state of being is a rich and curious adventure, and I\'m happy to assist my clients on their journey toward self and satisfying living. My holistic and mindfulness/experiential training in Hakomi can help this process be fun and gentle and rich with information that gets left behind in a purely analytical approach.
