Participation in the candidate interview process at the annual FSDP selection board, and offering recommendations to the trustees on suitable individual\'s for a scholarship. Support and mentoring scholars through the programme. I am also looking at fundraising opportunities with the team in the aerospace and related industries. The mission of FSDP is to inspire disabled adults, by building their confidence, self-esteem and future aspirations through the sharing of life changing aviation experiences.
