ABOUT MELISSA VOGT
As a wellness coach with a decade and a half of experience in the health, beauty, and wellness industry, I was inspired to create NatURL Moves Yoga & Wellness as a bridge toward self-love, body positivity, and radical acceptance. It is my contribution towards a better world, in which we can embrace ourselves and love every part of us. From this space of self-love, we are better equipped to see the world through the eyes of gratitude, awe, kindness, compassion & ultimately LOVE. I offer one-on-one privates in the Tampa bay area, live online privates, online yoga videos and subscriptions. I am honored and blessed to guide you through an authentic sensory experience like no other that translates to wholeness, healing, and transcendence. My mission is to provide holistic wellness options that encompass total balance and well-being. I aim to provide beings with practices to broaden their knowledge of the highest true (S)elf through yoga, yogic sciences, meditation, movement, sound, and play. I provide a safe and sacred space for all that is free from judgment, that encourages personal growth, connection, authenticity, strength, kindness, and compassion.
