Leads and manages Six Sigma project portfolios in order to achieve measurable business process improvements. Oversee several Value Stream Teams for the Charlotte Program. Work with Programs Leadership Teams to determine implementation order of new VST\'s, as well as continued support for existing VST\'s. Employs Six Sigma methodology and analytics into organizational operations in order to achieve business objectives. Facilitate a number of cross-functional Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA). Specifically, Value Stream Mapping, Continuous Improvement Workshops, 3P\'s and Six Sigma. Participates in communication events and deployment activities such as report outs in order to advance projects to completion. Recommends process improvement strategies and actions to mitigate risks, to improve the quality, reduce costs and establish appropriate sustained process controls. Develop recommendations for the senior management to support attainment of mission goals and requirements and sustainment of CPI/ LSS.
