Responsible for all digital records, physical care, and mail related to lifecycle swag, onboarding, and offboarding-Co-produced virtual and in-person employee engagement events, handling logistics and event planning-Handled all candidate scheduling, including cross-country travel and hotel logistics, partnering with both in house + agency recruiters-Became the single POC for all hiring logistics after the entire in-house Talent Team was rolled off 2 months after I joined the company.
