Network Certification Manager for Zelle @Early Warning

Single handily built out role from ground up. Manages customer-facing aspects of Zelle® releases and maintenance which are embedded in the certification process. All Financial Institutions (FIs) must certify to go live with Zelle (which is a part of the Implementation process). This procedure specifically refers to those FIs who have Zelle in their production environments and are seeking to maintain their Network Certification status. All FIs must remain up to date with certification or risk fines or (worst case) removal from the Network.• Ensure adherence to the Product Development Lifecycle and release processes• Provide white glove support to enable Network Certification of new FIs • Monitor and manage FI (Financial Institution) compliance for over1600 FIs.• Develop dashboard to increase visibility into compliance metrics for internal and external partners to visualize the path for FIs to meet compliance requirements.• Experience working with JSON/XML and RESTful APIs (Application Programming Interface) in a production environment.• Experience with Web Services (REST (Representational state transfer), SOAP, etc.)• Experience writing test cases and performing and validating integration testing.• Explaining features and technical capabilities to the business team
