   Reporting to the EVP of Government Affairs & Strategic Advancement, collaborates closely with local marketing teams to develop marketing strategies to drive subscriber adoption and growth within Starry’s Connect program – a digital equity program focused on providing low- and no-cost broadband access to public and affordable housing communities, across six major metropolitan areas • Develop and manage community engagement programs and marketing activations focused on driving meaningful resident engagement in historically economically challenged communities (e.g, winter coat drive activation, addressing food insecurity, Juneteenth celebrations) as a means to create awareness of Starry, drive broadband adoption and build relationships with key stakeholders • Manage and maintain key community stakeholder relationships with community leaders (tenant leaders, local elected officials), housing owners and managers, and local nonprofit groups • Serve as project lead for external partner programs, including Microsoft Affordable Computer Initiative (MACI), EveryoneOn Digital Literacy program, the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles computer lab build out, and Human I-T. Manage communication, timelines, and deliverables with both internal and external stakeholders • Created and managed various partnership programs including a digital device donation program with Ziff Davis, Prose, and SNIPES, which provides low- and no-cost computer access for Starry Connect households.
