I didn’t get into this work through a clean path. I got into it by seeing what happens when people don’t have the right support and how hard it is to rebuild once things fall apart. Treatment can be a turning point.But it’s not the full picture. What happens after is where most people struggle.I work with individuals and families dealing with mental health and addiction. Not just talking.Not just insight. Hands on support.Structure.Consistency.Follow-through. Building a life that actually holds up outside of treatment.A lot of the people I work with are smart and self-aware.They know what’s wrong. They just haven’t been able to live their potential consistently. I work with families too. Because they’re always part of it. This work is hands-on.And it’s real.Most of what I share here isn’t clinical. Just honest thoughts on life, discipline, relationships, and building a life you don’t keep needing to escape from.
