Region V Pre-college Initiative Chair @National Society Of Black Engineers
As the Region 5 PCI Chair for NSBE, I lead our region’s efforts to inspire pre‑college students in STEM. I coordinate workshops, outreach programs, mentoring, and competitions for K–12 students. I act as the primary bridge between regional leadership and NSBE Jr. chapters, ensuring that they feel supported, empowered, and excited about engineering. Whether it’s through hands‑on experiences, academic guidance, or building community partnerships, I encourage their development and help cultivate the next generation of engineers.
