About Meimathi Mayavan
I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Policy (STI and Development) from the School of Public Policy, IIT Delhi. My academic journey has equipped me with a multidisciplinary perspective, combining legal expertise with public policy, complemented by practical experience in legal research, policy, and consulting. I am keen on leveraging policy to accelerate decarbonization and green transition, and to drive long-term systemic change.\"I slept and dreamt that life was joy. I awoke and saw that life was service. I acted and behold, service was joy.\"- R Tagore. As human beings, we are thrust on to this world with no real direction. We are but a tiny speck in a magnificent, ever-expanding void, and our existence, an immeasurably tiny blip in cosmic time. And yet we are left craving for something from life that is more than the sum of its parts. The quixotic pursuit of sating this craving drives my career decisions, as I embark on a journey to make meaningful change.
