Meilani takes on the role as a UC San Diego\'s campus liaison for the Foundation of Art and Healing (FAH). This psychology centered nonprofit organization mobilizes partners and the public to embrace the arts as a proven path towards improved personal and public health. Rooted in medicine and science, we at FAH develop applications for utilizing creative arts expression as a remedy to national health issues. Through collaborative partnerships and innovative programs, we serve communities by providing arts-based programs and resources that improve wellbeing.

ABOUT MEILANI CASTILLO
Hi! I\'m Meilani. I am an ambitious visionary that juggles a plethora of interests spanning the intersection of the arts, entertainment, and tech industries. I specialize in creative product & content design for multi industry marketing materials, UX/UI design, as well as market research and analytics. I am currently a UC San Diego student athlete studying Computing & the Arts with a minor in Marketing.I offer multifaceted skillsets and experience that stems from my first job back in high school at In-N-Out Burger. I\'m fresh off hands on experience gathered through an internship with Diplo\'s Run Club, a hybrid 5k run and EDM event series. I thrive in roles that combine creative direction, marketing strategy, and the fun challenges that come with spearheading multimedia campaigns. I am now currently building my mixed-media passion project, MEIKICA. This ongoing passion project\'s emphasis is on experimental niche scaling for prospective clients, as well as myself, through various market strategies and mediums.
