Designed solutions targeted towards the intersection of business objectives and UX goals. Worked with research partners to define and prioritize feature roadmaps based on research insights on customer needs, pain points, and goals. Project deliverables: project vision, strategy, roadmap, UX brief, goals and requirements, definition of xfn scope, user journeys (CUJs), personas, information architecture, project timeline, concept designs, wireframes, designs, prototypes, design specs, etc.
