Welcome to my LinkedIn! I am a recent graduate of Villanova University’s Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Health & Wellness from Tulane University, and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Behavior Change Specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. My passion lies in empowering others to lead flourishing lives, encompassing both mental and physical health and well-being. I am currently working toward becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and look forward to further developing my clinical skills as an Outpatient and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Therapist at Community Services Group (CSG)- Lancaster.During my graduate studies, I completed my practicum and internship training at the Coatesville Veterans Affairs Medical Center in the Outpatient Substance Use Disorders, Residential Rehabilitation Treatment, and Acute Inpatient Psychiatric programs. In this role, I conducted individual and group psychotherapy and psychoeducation sessions, as well as various psychological assessments. Further, I served as the Graduate Resident Director of Sullivan Hall at Villanova. I supervised a team of eight Resident Assistants (RAs), participated in the primary, after-hours on-call rotation for crisis intervention, and hosted wellness-related professional development workshops for RAs.
