My clients include professionals facing career change, burnout, or the “what’s next?” stage after difficult workplaces or relationships.My approach blends deep listening with practical structure: we define goals, surface strengths, reduce friction (stress, self-doubt, decision fatigue), and move to small, repeatable actions. Drawing on positive psychology and evidence-based coaching, I focus on measurable progress.Outside of coaching, I lead design in tech and healthcare, partnering with cross-functional teams and mentoring emerging leaders.
