This includes, but is not limited to, technical specifications, system diagrams and documentation, testing documents, standard operating procedures, work instructions, and operation records- Depicts complex ideas, issues and designs to varied audiences; communicates project objectives, scope and status to project teams- Transfers technical and operational knowledge to Help Desk and Enterprise Services when rolling out new solutions or changes to ensure smooth transition- Provides support and manage demands for Commercial area, and other departments as needed.
