My journey has spanned across esteemed organizations such as Verizon, IBM, Synchrony, and Tech Mahindra, shaping my expertise in Operations, Customer Service, Data Centre Operations, IT Infrastructure, and Cloud Computing.IBM (CMS / Managed Apps)At IBM, I undertook a pivotal role in establishing the IBM Cloud Infrastructure, a monumental task that stretched across geographies in the US, EMEA, Latin America, and Asia Pacific regions. This initiative involved expanding the capacity of various offerings, including SAP, OVM, System X, System P, Storage, Network, and Backup Infrastructure. I also played a pivotal role in setting up three new cloud sites in Germany, Japan, and other locations, managing the deployment of over 1500 servers, 450 network devices, and 75 storage devices across these sites.Verizon (Cloud Services)During my tenure at Verizon, I focused on delivering world-class Implementation and support for the Compute, Network, and Storage infrastructure. This was in support of various business units within Verizon and catered to both internal and external customers. My responsibilities encompassed overseeing 650+ projects, which included the deployment of 3500+ servers, along with the successful decommissioning of 1500+ servers at Verizon sites.My extensive experience amounts to over 16 years of full-time Project and Program Management.
