As a Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist, I perform the day-to-day activities of procurement for the purchase and sale of pharmaceutical products, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance. I have over 10 years of experience in procurement, negotiation, third party outsourcing, and contract negotiations in the pharmaceutical, retail, and wholesale sectors, with a background in pharmacy and health care administration.I have successfully managed a portfolio of over products, introduced over 100 new products per month, and developed and maintained contracts with over 100 new vendors, resulting in increased sales, reduced costs, and improved service levels. I have also coordinated and collaborated with various departments and stakeholders, such as operations, quality, business development, accounts, warehouse, sales, and customer service, to resolve issues, expedite orders, and optimize processes. I am proficient in using multiple ERP systems, JAVA applications, SAP, and Microsoft Office, and I have completed the Supply Chain Connections Bridging Program and obtained the NVQ Level 2 Pharmacy Services certification. I am a strong problem solver, planner, and decision maker, with a keen attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement and learning.
