Team leadership - training, supervising, and motivating operators to maintain productivity & quality standards. Proficient in handling equipment checks, documentation, and compliance audits. Strong knowledge of testing methods (Hi-Pot, EL, Sun Simulator, adhesion, visual inspection, etc.)
