Adopted across 100% of portfolio for effective prioritisation • Leading & supporting the definition of the annual business review cycle & associated process to ensure the Digital & Tech (D&T) Executive Team & Business Units are prioritising changes that are aligned to organisational goals & will deliver the largest value • Leading & supporting the quarterly business review cycle & associated process to ensure organisational outcomes are on track and providing transparency where pivots are required with options as required • Definition of standards for initiatives, epics including definition of ready & done with 100% adoption across C&E. Automated data utilised to power monthly tracking & reporting as required • Leading value creation & management process to standardise approach of outputs, outcome and benefits tracking. Adopted across 100% of portfolio for transparent decision making • Supporting 5 year strategy creation for C&E and how this feeds into D&T organisation objectives
