I am a MBA student at NMIMS, specializing in Human Resources Development, and currently working on a corporate project at Nestlé, where I apply my market research skills to support the company\'s growth strategy. I have over three years of work experience in various roles, including student placement coordinator, HR intern, associate, programmer analyst, and business associate, at different organizations, such as NMIMS, JSA, Aditya Birla Capital, Cognizant, Medtronic, Endress+Hauser, and WIKA. I have developed and demonstrated analytical skills, data analysis skills, and talent sourcing skills throughout my career, and I am passionate about learning new technologies and trends in the HR field. I am also a Btech graduate in Electronics and Communications Engineering from VIT, where I gained exposure to the engineering domain and completed several internships and projects.
