JOB DESCRIPTION-Assistant Manager Design• Facility planning, Food service planning, Operational area planning, F.O.H, Show kitchens, Buffet area & Bars & B.O.H planning, Kitchen elevations & Shop drawings, Coordinated shop drawing, As built drawings & have good knowledge of imported & fabricated kitchen equipment\'s.• Participation in site meetings, with clients, consultant & sub contractors.• Providing technical support to sales and installation team.•Responsible to prepare the custom fabrication of kitchen equipment & drawing as per site space.• Supervision and inspection to ensure that all the MEP requirements are properly done as site.• Exp. of MEP Services layouts like Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage, and Gas layouts for kitchen.• Involved with projects from initial design stage to Handing over.see less• Prepare the BOQ, Tooling list.• Continuous Improvement Projects.• To enter all design related data in Data Stay & ERP System.• Preparing of automotive parts in Auto Cad 2D & 3D.• Maintain quality to satisfy Client.Key Strengths :• Hard Working and result oriented.• Ability to work in a team as well as independently• Confident and dynamic• Fast learner and adaptable.• Highly focused and sincere.
