Siddhartha has close to 2 decades of experience in designing, developing & delivering enterprise software product. All throughout his career, he has worked on product development & has hands on experience in what it takes to build a successful product including all aspects – requirement gathering to prod support At Loylty Rewardz, he [as Head of Engg] delivered the multi-tenant supported loyalty solution for banks & retailers. The solution on-boards banks / retailers in a matter of a week [older solution took 45-60 days]. The new product it effortless for sales teams to pitch new clients or add business to existing clients He was responsible to collaborate with sales, product mgmt, marketing, analytics teams & CFO, CEO to close on product scope & architecture. To accomplish this, he built a mean team of 8 talented engineers to first build framework He co-owned migration strategy that helped successfully move 15+ banks from legacy solution to new robust solution. Many new banks & retailers were successfully on-boarded thus providing all new features to all the programs Initially, he also helped Loylty adopt Agile & streamlined various processes on product delivery Prior to joining Loylty, he spent flourishing 12+ years at Avaya where he grew strength to strength. He led a part of portfolio of an EMS – Avaya Aura SMGR. He was also instrumental in migrating product from US when Avaya’s Pune centre was growing He also led a Tier IV team & have experience in handling many of Fortune 500 clients. He used this opportunity to understand product pain points & have it enhanced. His team created ( & certified) customized solutions for key customers which helped generate revenue During Avaya’s acquisition of part of Nortel’s business, he led teams across US, Canada & Pune to merge similar solutions He began his career in the US & worked as a Software Engineer with Hewlett Packard, StoragePoint & Marconi Communications
