I help organisations turn AI ambition into scalable AI products by defining the AI strategy, Agentic blueprint and architecture, data foundations, governance and platform operating models required to deliver AI at enterprise scale. With over 22 years of experience in technology leadership, I have led large-scale platform and transformation initiatives across fintech, enterprise SaaS, banking, and retail, building high-performing engineering teams and modern technology ecosystems. Today my focus is on enterprise AI transformation — helping organisations operationalise AI by aligning AI strategy, data platforms, governance and engineering capabilities.Currently at FactSet, I am leading the AI platform and data transformation journey, defining the architecture and operating model that enables AI-powered products at scale. This includes: • Designing the enterprise AI platform architecture supporting GenAI and LLM-based solutions • Creating an Agentic AI Platform Blueprint enabling autonomous AI agents and intelligent workflows • Defining the AI-ready data strategy to transform data pipelines into platforms that support AI and analytics workloads • Establishing an AI Centre for Enablement to scale responsible AI adoption across engineering teams including Model governance committee.
