I also continuously navigate the strategic and operational challenges of scaling deep-tech innovations as we grow.Mara Bio is pioneering the valorisation of energy- and nutrient-rich food processing side streams, transforming them into protein- and fibre-rich functional ingredients and bioactives for nutritional applications, reinforcing our commitment to sustainability and health.
