I support the Consumer Roads business within Shell Lubricants, driving brand growth and operational excellence across the U.S. and Canadian markets. In this role, I:• Lead cross-functional initiatives such as the GF-7 bulk-tank relabeling program, working with distributors, creative vendors, and operations to streamline execution while reducing internal cost and labor. • Manage brand collaborations like the Pennzoil X Fuel Rewards pilot program, coordinating influencer tie-ins (e.g, Joey Logano), creative development, and customer engagement strategies. • Serve as the Master of Approvals for Pennzoil-Quaker State licensed products, ensuring brand integrity and compliance across partner executions. • Support channel marketing and customer communications, overseeing distributor toolkits, CGI/print vendor proofs, kitting logistics, and Sprinklr scheduling to deliver consistent, high-impact messaging. • Contribute to ad-hoc strategic and creative projects that enhance brand visibility and operational efficiency. • Partner with global and regional teams in the U.S, Canada, and Manila to align on strategy, simplify internal systems, and improve customer experience. • Co-organize large-scale networking and upskilling events (e.g, Shell NPN Upskilling Conference), lead DE & I storytelling efforts, and develop materials on generational diversity and inclusive leadership. • Represent Shell as part of the Campus Ambassador Program and serve as the head focal for Penn State Women in Business and Penn State American Marketing Association.Through these projects, I’ve built expertise in integrated marketing, stakeholder management, and process optimization, with a focus on bringing creativity, structure, and customer-centricity into every initiative.
