About Anuj Mehra
I engage with promoters and CXO’s, especially of impact businesses, to help them meet growth challenges and maximise the potential of their businesses.I am currently empanelled as a mentor with the Bharat Inclusion Initiative of IIM Ahmedabad’s Centre for Innovation Incubation and Entrepreneurship. This programme invests in start-ups and offers them mentoring support besides capital. I am mentoring a number of such start-ups.I am also engaged with Michael and Susan Dell Foundation (MSDF) as an advisor to work with some of MSDF’s investee companies.In my prior business career of 30 years, I helmed Mahindra Rural Housing Finance Ltd. from its inception in 2007 till my superannuation in Sept 2021. We created an innovative and robust business model that met social needs while delivering strong financial results. My rich experience encompasses :a. Navigating challenges of setting up and scaling a business;b. Addressing the unique challenges of serving the underserved customer;c. Understanding of the rural India and the rural customer;d. Working across industries and being able to cross-pollinate ideas and practices.
