   Back in 2023, I thought most businesses just needed help with social media. That idea became Viral Pulse Media. We started as a social media agency because posting more content felt like the answer. It wasn’t. Cat pictures still didn’t go viral on their own.After three years of building, experimenting, and learning the hard way, one thing became clear. Social media was never the real problem. Most brands simply didn’t have strong digital foundations.That realization led to Open Loop in 2026.Today, we focus on building the systems behind modern brands. Websites, apps, e-commerce platforms, and growth infrastructure designed to scale. Once those systems are in place, we help people actually find and use them through content, performance marketing, SEO, and automation.My role says CEO. In reality, it’s a lot of screen time, a lot of thinking, and supporting a talented team as we build things that actually work on the internet.It’s chaotic, it’s challenging, and honestly, it’s a lot of fun.
