Maintain & monitor current company Health and safety practices and procedures both locally(corporate/plant) & on job sites. This includes regular site visits with builders & installers- Ensure all personal Health and certifications are brought up to date /renewed as required- Develop and implement additional Health and safety practices and procedures as may berequired- Ensure all current documentation is up to date and compliant with industry standards andC.O.R certification standards- Provide Health and safety orientations for all newly hired Woodcraft Kitchen Cabinetsemployees and subcontractors- Hold regular safety committee meetings as per COR Standards. Document all safety meetingsas Required- Train Department Supervisors/Management regarding WCB reporting of injury incidents- Ensure preparation for the C.O.R. Certification Audit is done in a timely manner before thenext renewal date.
