Oversaw some of the most critical downstream projects development of more than 3 billion dollars’ worth of CNRL projects (consisting of 7 EPC Projects i.e: SRU, GRU, BTU, Combined Hydro-treater Unit, SWC, Reliability, East Tank Farm Expansion, Vacuum Distillation Unit and Diluent Recovery Unit -2) over the span of the last seven years. Except for ETFE (which is currently under construction), all projects completed ahead of schedule and three were exceptionally under budget, saving 213 million-dollars whilst also maintaining quality, integrity, and safety.• 48-R-3 Rebuild Project (Fast-track): Directed and coordinated 720 highly motivated people from six different contractors to work under two shifts 24/7 to rebuild a blasted substation and RIB in less than 3 months to maintain CNRL operational efficiency. • Effectively took Charge of Annual Turnaround from development to execution in the past nine years.
