   Leading operational transformation of a non-profit organization managing the collection and distribution of $130M in annual residual payments to film musicians.Led a top-to-bottom organizational transformation: assessed talent, redesigned operational workflows, executed restructuring, and rebuilt teams around a culture of accountability, growth, and empathy.Redesigned end-to-end operational processes to eliminate silos, remove redundancies, and refocus workflows on value delivery — reducing operational costs by 25% while improving productivity.Modernized antiquated tech stack by eliminating legacy AS400 systems and migrating to a modern, maintainable platform enabling agile development practices.Implemented OKRs and built an analytics function to provide operational metrics, KPIs, and clear accountability at every level of the organization.
