As the vice president of engineering for one of the oldest and most venerable test and measurement companies in the U.S, I lead a large global team of software and hardware developers, engineers, product development, and advanced technology professionals, as well as manufacturing and marketing teams. I set the technology strategy and roadmap creation for my teams, manage the P&L, and ensure our alignment with the overall corporate business strategy.Our customers include organizations in telecommunications, automotive, and utilities industries, military and government agencies, and research institutions and universities — and they all want to leverage their data to gain business insights that will drive better outcomes. From prototype development to chip and board design to the final complete solution, my team and I focus on understanding our customers\' needs, workflow, and business outcomes from project inception through implementation.
