In my role as Director of Project Management, I led the team in implementing strategic projects in excess of $89 million in re-engineering benefits. My success includes earning the American Express Chairman Award for Highest Achiever in 2009 for planning and leading implementation of on-line dispute processing and global channel shift initiatives. I earned a reputation as a respected strategist who led deployment of lean initiatives across numerous Global Functions such as Global Disputes Network, Corporate Treasury and Global Risk Network. My achievements, subject matter expertise, and demonstrated success earned me the Best Integrated Healthcare Business Director 2017 - Florida award by Global Health & Pharma.
