Work includes SME consultations; design and develop interactive modules using Articulate 360, and Adobe Dreamweaver; lead in the design and development of the e-learning template and overall visual design of the course; develop and edit multimedia (such as graphic, audio, and video) to be incorporated in the e-learning products; create prototype; run quality assurance and testing in collaboration with WBG content management system team; create PDF transcript to complement the e-learning modules- Work with team in delivering high quality just-in-time operational learning activities using Adobe Connect webinar and WebEx to global audience. Work includes producing and hosting webinar sessions, designing announcement, updating training materials, administering LMS, managing participants, and coordinating trainers- Create and/or update learning and communication materials such as PowerPoint presentation, learning brochure, and newsletter using Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe Campaign- Manage Mentoring Program for staff in East and South Asia Region under the guidance of Regional Learning Coordinators. Work includes program pre-launch (research, beta-test online mentoring tool, design and development), program launch (manage applications, conduct orientation, matching), and post launch (manage mentoring agreements, check-in with pairs, summative evaluation)- Administer internal online (social) platform for the unit. Work includes communicating with members, and updating website content- Manage unit\'s website migration to Sharepoint in coordination with other team members and IT- Facilitate online and face-to-face training sessions for South and East Asia Staff.
