With a unique combination of industry expertise and strategic vision. I’ve consistently delivered innovative education programs that increase salon presence, improve brand loyalty, and drive revenue growth. Throughout my career, I\'ve thrived in roles where education, leadership, and collaboration are central to success. My experience spans both contract and permanent leadership positions, where I’ve consistently demonstrated my ability to execute large-scale initiatives, plan successful events, and manage multi-functional teams across North America.
