Have worked on Multiple projects within the BFSI, Transportation and Pharmaceutical logistics domains- Continuously interacting and engaging with stakeholders on a daily basis to understand their goals & vision, and identify business needs- Gauging the business benefits for requirements gathered and prioritising requirements- Building features resulting in improving efficiency- Coordination with the Cross-Functional teams to help build a seamless Product Roadmap and ensure timely delivery- Flagging RAIDs on the weekly checkpoint calls and tracking the requirement scope creep- Working on elaborate user story creation for all requirements- Understanding feature gaps and working towards them- Following all Agile practices in the team like sprint planning, sprint retrospective, IPM, release planning, kickoffs, desk checks, conducting showcases at the end of each sprint to demonstrate the features worked on- Helping the team by conducting kickoffs for each story, ensuring the story is well understood technically as well as functionally.
