I help organizations by leading projects/programs from inception to finish. I start with meeting the stakeholders to understand the initiative, define the execution strategy and execute. Over the last few years I have been leading projects/programs in the area of Cybersecurity. My goal is always to take the project to the finish line at optimum cost, escalating when needed to senior leadership for their support. I have lead multiple projects concurrently on many occasions.
