Responsible for Supporting SAP HR/PY and Leading Implementation of SAP Payroll for US and Canada Implemented and Supported end of end SuccessFactors Employee central, Recruiting, Business rules, Workflows, Role based permissions, Integration center, Reporting and enhanced functionalities in Employee central and Employee central payroll Implemented integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and 3rd party payroll providers like ADP, UKG etc. Lead data conversion effort for HR Transformation project including US and Canada payroll implementation for mid year and year end go live Planned, Solutioned and executed the project plan as per agreed timelines with the steering committee team. Assessed impacts to various HR work streams and coordinated SAP, Boomi, Successfactors and Infor changes with release management for a successful go-live. Designed and Configured new Job requisition process for Assessment vendor integration with Infor to assess candidates skills at the time of job application process. Configured new Job requisition XML data models and Candidate application XML data models and integrated the process with route maps for triggering candidates assessment for multiple agencies. Coordinated with Client and Infor to understand Assessment Vendor packages and configured the required assessment clients and packages on the new job requisition template so recruiters and hiring managers can choose appropriate assessments for individual requisitions. Lead Boomi Atom Assessment packages implementation to ensure information is transferred from Successfactors to Infor via Boomi successfully and Assessment results are transferred back to SuccessFactors for recruiter and hiring manager review. Configured integration between RCM and RMK so the requsitions can be posted to external career site and job boards.
