Conducted a formative study on health and sanitation in urban Bengaluru, Karnataka, using Urinary Tract Infections (UTI) and their link to Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) as a pathway to explore broader public health challenges. Mapped stakeholders, policy actors, and urban public health infrastructure, analyzed health policies and budget trails related to AMR, and developed insights into the implementation of the 74th Constitutional Amendment for urban governance. Examined global and national policy commitments on AMR, contributed to literature reviews, and investigated the implications of public health and sanitation trends on vulnerable communities in urban India.
