ABOUT MEHER KEZIAH RANA
I had always been a Hardworking, sincere, and ambitious person, even when I was in school. One trait of mine that I was the proudest of was-creativity. Also,my inclination towards all things artistic helped with that. But whatever career I\'d eventually choose, creativity had to be of the pillars. Then suddenly, one fine day, HR happened out of nowhere. And everything started making so much sense. It gives me a platform to utilize my most precious skill in a way that actually benefits my team and coworkers. Everyday comes with a new situation, a new challenge, and ends with a new skill or lesson learned. With my integrity and kind demeanor, I hope to create an environment at my workplace that is fun, understanding and gratifying for my coworkers. An environment where people think of HR as problem-solvers, rather than people who they just have to \"keep in the loop\"
