A through professional having over 25 years International experience in Business Development, Project Management and Contracts with Refineries, Chemical, Petro-chemical plants and Oil & Gas industries. •Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia. •Led preparation, submission and follow up of proposals for Produced Water treatment systems for the Thermal Heavy Oil market, pipeline construction, process equipment’s (heat exchangers, pressure vessels, etc), distillation column trays, packings, demisters (Sulzer Chemtech), valves and specialty equipment. •Familiar with the SAGD process and the produced water treatment process in Alberta. •Successfully negotiated and finalized contract with Oil producers in California for supply of largest produced water treatment system in the company’s history. •Led discussions and closed down on Lump sum Contracts with the Refineries, Fertilizer, Petrochemical and EPC companies for Construction, Revamp and Maintenance Projects. •Execution of project procurement and construction activities. •Compliant with HSE requirements and procedures. •Supporting Project Manager to co-ordinate the output of the discipline engineering groups. •Prepare forecasts; employ long-range planning strategies. •Administered the contractual execution of contracts. •Experienced in the application of Quality Management (Quality Assurance and Quality Control) concepts and principles under ISO Series.
