My background includes daily site operations, subcontractor coordination, schedule tracking, safety enforcement, and quality control, working closely with Project Managers, site teams, inspectors, and suppliers to deliver projects safely and on schedule.My core strength is site-based construction coordination and supervision. I regularly support day-to-day field activities, coordinate trades and subcontractors, monitor construction sequencing, track progress against schedules, and identify issues early to prevent delays or rework. I am comfortable working independently on active construction sites, making real-time decisions, and escalating issues when required.I have strong experience with construction scheduling and project controls, including MS Project, look-ahead schedules (2–3 week), progress tracking, forecasting, and schedule variance analysis.
