At Meta Reality Labs, I perform numerical simulations of polymeric flow within extrusion spinnerets, analyzing flow dynamics and identifying key factors influencing the product quality. I also conduct detailed CFD simulations of different MEMS devices from CFD simulation of flexible printed circuit boards (FPBCs), identifying critical hotspots and optimizing cooling strategies. Additionally, I develop and execute CFD models for embedded electro-osmotic haptic devices, enhancing device performance through iterative design improvements.
