ABOUT MEHDI BOHLOUL
As a Construction Project Coordinator with over four years of experience, I have successfully delivered two mid-rise residential projects, achieving reduced cost and schedule while maintaining high quality and safety standards. I have also obtained the Residential Construction Superintendent (RCS) certification, demonstrating my competence and professionalism in the field. Currently, I am pursuing a Master of Engineering in Construction Engineering and Management at Concordia University, where I am expanding my knowledge and skills in project planning, risk management, and lean construction. I am also proficient in various software tools, such as Navisworks, ACC, Revit, ETABS and AutoCAD, that enable me to optimize design and coordinate virtual design and construction (VDC). My goal is to apply my expertise and passion for project scheduling, cost estimation and BIM applications to complex and challenging projects in the construction industry.
