That curiosity eventually took the shape of engineering, then business, and now, something much bigger: building a bridge from Bharath to the world.At Barak & Brazos Engineering, I lead Business Development, but my real job is unlocking possibilities—for customers, for teams, and for Indian innovation. We work with OEMs and EPCs across the globe who face the same battles: tight timelines, talent gaps, burnout, and finding people who take ownership, not just instructions. I’ve made it my mission to turn those pain points into growth opportunities.That mission has evolved into something bold—the B2G (Bharath to Global) Initiative. It’s not about cost arbitrage. It’s about showing what Indian engineering can do when matched with global intent. We’re helping clients set up offshore design centers, optimize project execution, and build talent pipelines that don’t burn out—they break through.Outside the boardroom, I find my rhythm in cricket and volleyball.
