ABOUT MEHBOOBALI ALIMOHAMED
Dr Alimohamed graduated from St Barts and The Royal London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2006. He is a Trust Grade Ophthalmic Specialist at Moorfields, St Georges. Dr Alimohamed works clinically across a range of Ophthalmic subspecialties, while also undertaking management duties which have included writing the departmental pathways for urgent care management of acute Ophthalmic presentations.Having trained as a General Practitioner at UCH and attained his MRCGP in 2011 he went on to pursue his interest in healthcare organisation and change, by completing a fellowship in health management and leadership. His passion for Ophthalmology led to his appointment as a Trust Grade specialist in 2012.Dr. Alimohamed has also maintained a keen interest in medical education. He is an Honorary Clinical Lecturer at St Georges University of London, where he undertakes regular medical student teaching. He is also a final year examiner at St Barts and The Royal London.
