I am a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist cum Admin professional with experience managing end-to-end human resource and administrative operations across Kochi and Bangalore. I hold an MBA in Human Resource Management and International Business from MG University, Kottayam, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Calicut. I am also certified in Healthcare Management, which has enhanced my understanding of HR practices specific to the healthcare sector. In my current role at DanTech Solutions, I handle a wide range of HR responsibilities including full-cycle recruitment, payroll processing, training coordination, HR planning, and employee record management. Alongside these, I also manage essential administrative tasks such as invoice generation, GST filing, and preparing operational reports, supporting the organization’s efficiency and compliance. My internship at Kinder Women\'s Hospital and Fertility Centre, Whitefield, Bangalore, allowed me to gain valuable experience in healthcare HR functions. I worked closely with the Senior HR Manager, assisting with attendance tracking, doctors’ locum work, employee files, and staff training coordination, which strengthened my practical HR skills in a clinical environment. I am highly organized and capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously, with strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. I am fluent in English, and Malayalam, and can speak Tamil as well. I am proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other essential office tools. My experience in both HR and admin functions allows me to contribute effectively to organizational goals while ensuring a smooth and people-focused work environment.
